This project looks at the origins of water as an early asset in the Indiana’s history, the distribution of global and US fresh water resources and the mechanics of the hydrologic cycle. It also walks through the Indiana Finance Authority regional water studies prompted by the proposed LEAP district pipeline as a way to understand the state’s water resources and how water availability is determined.
